Using DumpsterLocator
By creating an account or using our listing services, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 to create an account and authorized to act for any company you represent. Provide accurate details, keep your password private, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.
DumpsterLocator is a directory. Dumpster rentals, availability, quotes, delivery, permits, disposal, service quality and rental payments are arranged directly with the chosen provider. We are not a party to your rental agreement and do not endorse or guarantee a listed company. Blog articles provide general information; confirm requirements with the appropriate local authority and provider.
Five positions per city
Each city has up to five listing positions. A company purchases a position for a flat monthly price displayed at checkout; we do not charge it per click or per lead. Paid position is advertising placement and is independent of review scores. Complimentary placements are labeled. We do not guarantee traffic, leads, rental volume, search engine rankings or revenue.
A selected position is held briefly during checkout. A paid listing becomes active after payment is confirmed; an abandoned or failed checkout does not create a paid listing. Your accepted recurring rate is shown at checkout and in your account. Changes to prices for new bookings do not automatically change your existing agreed rate. Contact the operator about a requested position change.
Billing, cancellation and free placements
When you purchase a monthly subscription, you authorize recurring monthly charges through Stripe until canceled. Manage billing and cancellation from your account. Customer cancellation normally stops the next renewal and retains the listing until the end of the paid period, subject to the subscription status shown in your account. Unpaid, canceled or expired subscriptions may release the position.
Contact us about billing errors or refund requests. Refunds are reviewed individually, subject to any rights required by law. Removal for a policy violation may end a listing earlier. Administrative cancellation may stop a subscription and remove a listing immediately; refunds are not issued automatically.
Complimentary launch placements last 30 days from activation. They require no payment method and do not automatically charge or convert to a subscription. A paid subscription requires a separate checkout. Joining the waiting list is free, does not reserve a position, and does not guarantee an opening or a particular price. We may contact you about your listing or waiting-list request.
Company information and content
You must have the right to use the company name, contact information, website and other content you submit. Keep listing details accurate and lawful. Do not impersonate a business or submit misleading claims. You grant DumpsterLocator permission to store, display and format your submitted public content to operate and promote the directory. You retain ownership of your content.
Reviews
A registered account with an accepted profile is required to submit a review. Reviews must describe your own real rental experience, be truthful, and avoid private information, threats, unlawful content, spam or conflicts of interest. Do not review your own company or pose as a customer. Registration is not verification that a rental occurred.
Reviews are checked before publication and may be withheld or removed for a violation of these rules. We do not condition publication on whether a review is positive or whether a company pays for a listing. Approved reviews appear with the reviewer’s public display name. Report a concern through our contact form.
Acceptable use and account closure
Do not scrape private account information, bypass access controls, disrupt the website, submit malicious code, manipulate reviews or payment status, or use the service unlawfully. We may restrict accounts or remove content that violates these terms, threatens the service, or must be removed by law. You may request account closure through the contact form. Closing an account does not by itself cancel a subscription; cancel billing in your company account or ask us for help.
Service availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the directory accurate and available, but information can change and interruptions can occur. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, listing results or provider performance. Each party remains responsible for obligations imposed by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Privacy and updates
Our Privacy Policy describes the information we collect, public listing and review information, optional marketing preferences, service providers and privacy requests. We may update these terms by posting a new effective date and providing additional notice when required. Material changes to an existing paid arrangement will be addressed with the affected company.
